And fun and original RPG
14 March 2014
Summary: I had some issues with the parts when the game requires use of the DS mic but other than than I have enjoyed this game very much. I have always loved the feeling of freedom this game gives as compared to most other RPGs, which can feel stilted at times.
Summary: I got this game for my son, but honestly I play it most of the time. He prefers to just watch me go back and forth, switching between the bros and Bowser himself. It seriously has every element he enjoys. If he's not going on about Bowser he's going on about the bros.
Summary: I think this game is great. it is refreshing to have an RPG where you dodge attacks instead of just standing around getting hit. The only thing I don't like are some of the mini games. Some of them are not that much fun. But maybe it is just me.
Summary: When the Mario games are getting better than the Zelda games, something is wrong. Anyone who has played Paper Mario will notice some similarities, such as the funny, and sometimes corny, dialogue, and the turned based battle system with the ability to make counter attacks.
Summary: My son loves Mario so I thought this would be a hit! He is 6 yrs. old and reading at an average level. He does pretty good with that. On different levels he does get stuck on things here and there asking me to help. Me, not knowing the game, can't. I will be reading the manual soon!!!
Summary: I just finished this game and I think this might be one of my favorite Mario Games (I have to say I haven't played any others on the Nintendo DS platform. I do however like Super Mario Galaxy for Wii and Super Mario for Nintendo 64).
Summary: I've been playing the Mario and Luigi games since the first one came out on the Game Boy Advance. This game really just can't compare to the original. It looks nice and the music is nice, but for me that just doesn't matter if the gameplay is repetitive.
