Too much reading required...

Summary: When we first got this game, my son (age 6) hated it because there was sooo much reading involved. And the words weren't just straight up words, they are written and spelled as if pronounced with a weird accent so a child learning to read would need help. And quite frankly when I allow my son to have "screen time" I don't want to have to sit there and read all the nonsensical words to him.
Summary: It's okay... using action keys during battle is a pain, but the big killers were the minigames which are not optional and not fun. It's cute, the story is amusing, and the game is quite innovative, but not enough to overcome the tedium of the basic gameplay.
Summary: If your looking for a traditional mare game, like mario wii, mario world for the super nintendo, new super mario bros, super mario land, ect. you will hate this, but if your looking for a game like mario rpg where you push a. to attack. b to dodge c. to run, ect, youll love this. this is a rpg game, and the graphics are good for a ds game. I didnt play it long enough to know whether or not it had a good plot though.
Summary: When I bought my Dsi I bought the one I bought specifically because it came with Mario and Luigi BIS. I was looking forward to an adventure game along the lines of classic Mario. The game is decent, if a bit to simplistic, but just isn't what I expected. I found myself breezing through the levels with almost no problems or difficulty. The game-play is more along the lines Final Fantasy or Pokemon than classic Mario.
Summary: This game is very disappointing simply due to the volume of dialogue that one must play thru. It is even more annoying when you have to repeat! Too much walking around and not finding much. I love other Mario games, just not this one.
