Summary: Over all I like this game. It's challenging to keep your people alive but after dying a couple times I figured it out. While the main idea is to keep yourself alive you find new places and new tools that keep you interested in the game. It's a lot like harvest moon but without the mindless repetition that can happen. I've had the game two days and I can't seem to put it down.
Summary: This game is so fun! I was looking for the first Lost in Blue in Gamestop, but they didn't have it so I got this instead. In this game you can choose betweeen Jack and Amy. Well it doesn't matter who you pick, your partner (The person you didn't pick) will just sit around and pretty much do nothing except put twigs in the fire and complain. For the first few days, it's almost impossible to keep your hunger meter up.
Summary: As a fan of games like the Sims, this one is great. I spend HOURS every day on it and still there is so much game left. I haven't been able to complete it in a few days or a week like many other games. Some of the mini games are frustrating (like making fire, building), but I highly recommend this game. I have purchased many DS games and this one is the highest on my list!
Summary: When you first start out the game, it can be very upsetting. You have to feed, rest, and basically babysit your characters for a couple of hours. It's a good way for you to basically get used to the environment and gameplay. Nice work Konami... Well once you get to set up traps and go fishing, the food will be much more filling and you will be able to do a lot more around the island. The best part is discovering new techniques to do things and exploring the island.
Summary: This is a great game that you don't want to put down. It is a bit discouraging in the beginning but very exciting when you learn something new or have a new experience. My 8 and 10 year-olds love it too.
Summary: Hey I was wondering how you restore hp and catch fish!! If you know how please let me know!! Anyway..I like this game except that its hard to make tools and stuff.Like this one log thing that it near my first cave.I dont know what to do to it!! But you should get it.Its fun.
Summary: I always like those kind of games. This one is long, funny, have an average level of difficulty. PROS: -Long, lots and lots of hours to play -Precise(map, hunger, thurst, energy) -Variety(Food, places, animals, tools) -Great use of the mic and the stylus CONS: -Well, if you stop play it for a moment, it's kind of difficult to re-enter in the game -The controls are "meh" -Characters become tired fast -Building something is fricking long I recommand this game if you like...
Conclusion: I was trying to buy Lost in Blue, but couldn't so bought LiB2 for my daughter last christmas. I think I have played it more as once you start to explore you just have to carry on, you can also quick save which is a good idea. It can be difficult at first as you do tend to die a few times, but once you can survive then it is great. Haven't finished a game which has ended happily though. It seems to be a good games for all ages. Some of the music can be a bit boring.
