Summary: This game is fun to play but has some issues. It freezes in a couple of spots if you play for an extended period of time (more than 45 min). Usually turning the console off and letting it sit for awhile solves the problem. This seems to be a problem for most of the people that bought this game. For me it will be a one time game. I will probably sell/trade it in after I'm through it. Maybe for a younger player it will be more entertaining.
Summary: It's not bad, but this game does not have the same sense of fun and creativity front he other Lego games I've played. Part of this may be the nature of the source material, as Indiana Jones movies are generally Indy and a sidekick or two as compared to the larger ensemble casts of the Star Wars movies.
Summary: I purchased this as a stocking stuffer for my grandson of 8 years. Today, as I was inquiring after the variety of lego based games he received, he commented that this one was more difficult than the others and he did not enjoy playing it as much as a result. Some quick background on him is that he has been to legoland and has put together several of the 200+ piece assemblies rated up to 12 years old.
Summary: I really enjoy playing this game so far. It is definitely more fun than anything else I've played on DS; however, there are two major annoyances that are causing me to question if this game is worth it. One thing buyers should be aware of is that the game requires a lot of time spent on it at once. As another user mentioned, you can't save it whenever you want, which is EXTREMELY inconvenient.
Conclusion: This game is good when you begin, but after about half an hour I found every level to be the same. Its not very challenging, and I completed it over the course of a couple of days. If you're looking for a non challenging easy ride, then this is the game for you, but if your a serious gamer, stay away
