Nintendo DS version has problems

Summary: This program has a serious, repeatable problem. It causes the Nintendo to "freeze" during game 2 level 5 very consistently (on three different Nintendos: two are DS Lites, one is a DSi XL). I have found this problem on three different copies of this game. I found that by doing a System Update on a Nintendo DSi XL, the game can be played to completion (ie, it FIXED this freezing problem on the DSi XL.) Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed on the older Nintendo DS Lites.
Summary: I have heard of bugged games in the past, but that only effected the performace of the game itself. This game is another story, not only was my copy made unplayable by its buggs/glicthes or whatever you call them it also ruined my DS. Before I had this game my DS never had a problem for the 2 years I've owned it. Then while playing this game it spontaneouly shut down and would not turn back on for hours.
Summary: I had high hopes for this game, I really did. The Lego version of Star Wars was a total blast, and I'm almost as much of a fan of Indiana Jones as I am of Star Wars, so I eagerly purchased the game as soon as I saw it in the store. Only to have my hopes totally destroyed. While the gameplay is just as fun as its sci-fi predecessor, it has some glaring bugs that render the game totally frustrating and unplayable.
Summary: Before buying this, I wanted a good dsi game, and this game's reviews seemed to be quite good. I ordered it, thinking that if it was bad I could return. It arrived two months later. When I finally got my hands on it, it didn't work! Whenever I out it in, it turned off the dsi. Fine, I thought, I can simply return it and be done with it. Then I realised that because it had arrived so late, I couldn't return it. This is not a happy face.
