Summary: I thought my 10 year old son would enjoy this game for DS, but he has had it for nearly 3 months, and never plays it. I thought he might enjoy the game more if he were more familiar with the movie, so I ordered the dvd for Christmas. That didn't work either. He enjoys his Lego DS games, Mario Kart and Lord of Rings Aragorn's Quest, playing them over and over, but he has yet to show any interest in this game.
Summary: I love this type of game and whenever I see one listed I will buy it. I as so disappointed because this game was way to short. Doesnt take long at all to play through it. I was so surprised to see the credits roll by so soon. It is not worth the $[...] I paid for it. If you can buy it used for under $15 then do that.
Summary: Inkheart has great graphics for the left screen. The right screen is hard to see and the detail just is not there. You hold the game console like a book. There is a lot of reading. It plays much like a book. You read and then gather items to solve small problems in order to move forward in the story. If you like a lot of reading and small amount of gameplay then this is for you. The storyline is good and enjoyable. There is just not that much game play.
Summary: Hi - I am an adult gamer...I own over 70 games for the Nintendo DS. At first I did not "get" Inkheart. Once I got that it is a classic game similar to the original Apple adventure, I fell in love with it. It took me forever to figure out to put the newspaper under the door and use the pencil to remove the key... In this adventure, the graphics are beautiful. If you hold down the "A" those locations that do or will have significance sparkle.
Ink Heart - DS - Beatiful graphic's and a great storyline!

Summary: Hi I'm an autistic adult gamer. This is my review on InkHeart for Nintendo DS. I was in GameStop and decided to pick up this DS game because I had seen preview's for the movie on tv and so from the cover even this drew curiousity to me to want to play this game. So I bought it new for 14.99 which I think is strange for a new game for the price to be that low but anyway's.
