Summary: I bought this as a birthday gift for my 9yr old daughter, after she created her store she can not entire into any other stage of the game. We keep getting you can not entire here yet for every page this makes no sense. The manual has limited infomation on how the game should be played and how to entire the different stages. She loves her DS and fashion his her thing. She was so disappointed on her birthday.
Summary: This game DOESNOT WORK. I have tried to play it multiple times and every time it freezes after the opening screen. I am extremely unsatisfied with my purchase and would have returned it if I hadn't only paid a few bucks for it.
Summary: This game is not fun at all. It is tedious, boring, and has no replay at all. The commercials make it look like a paper doll type game, but in truth, it's a puzzle of sorts. You've given goals and you have to fulfill them, but sometimes what they want is counter-intuative. One level has you making a pale-eyed Scandanavian model dressed in warm winter clothing. But they want green eyes.
Summary: I got this game thinking it would be a fun game where I can design clothes, do makeup, and style hair. I didn't get to do any of it. You go to your office where you have an assignment. For example, once I got an assignment to get an african model, give her 3 different african hairstyles, and take pictures of her in the appropriate place. I got the model, but then I realized I had no clue what an African hairstyle was.
Summary: When I got this, I thought that I would be able to DESIGN things, not be required to make the exact same outfit that some limited program wants me to make! What I mean by this is, in the game, some unknown owner of some fashion magazine or something like that will come into your shop and ask for a certain kind of outfit or article of clothing. The game has a certain outfit programmed in.
Summary: Ok...I'm an adult, but my 8 year old daughter played this game, too, & disliked it as much as I did. First of all, the background music is the same ANNOYING things playing over & over. This game sucked worse than you can even imagine. Here's what you do: They give you an assignment. You have to pick which of the 4 models would suit best. Then, you "design" the outfit.
Summary: When I first got this game, I thought it was pretty fun. I liked completing the missions, but the missions always gave you very strict requirements for the outfits so I couldn't be too creative and had to make things just like they wanted. Also, the fashion designing is very basic: choose the color, design, and pattern of the garment. You can sometimes cut parts of the clothing like sleeves off, but overall the designs all look pretty similar and bland.
Summary: I got this game thinking it would be fun. I thought I would be able to create my own designs, I was mistaken. Not only do you have to follow the tasks, you dont get to let your creativity flow. The graphics were bad to say the least. The music got boring after a while. I finished this game in an hour, I wasn't entertained and one of the tasks imparticular was not for younger audiences.
Summary: This game doesnt deserve a star at all but I guess you cant give less than 1 star. DONT waste your money on this game. My 10year old granddaughter wanted this game because of the commercials. But the commercials are very misleading. She has Barbie fashion designer and she has spent hours and hours designing and doing fashion shows. This game lasted about 10 minutes. period. She put it down and was no longer interested. The game is very limited.
