  • Summary: This game is counter-intuitive. When I clicked on "Tutorial" it said, "Read The Manual." That was the sum total of the tutorial.

Excellent buy

Amanda Jaramillo, Amazon
21 February 2013
  • Summary: My kid can't stop playing it. The graphics are nothing to write home about, but the overall performance is good. If you kid like history or likes battle, this is the game for them.

Disappointed!

Ronald E. Straub, Amazon
17 May 2011
  • Summary: The game detail is kind of hard to see. I think for the purpose of just gaming and having fun, this game is to complicated. The instructions are hard to read, due to being such small print. It is just more detailed and complicated than I was wanting.

good STRATEGY game

J. Galarneau, Amazon
4 July 2010
  • Summary: The tutorial is absolutely useless, after 3 minutes I restarted and jumped into one of the main campaigns. If your a seasoned pro like myself the learning curve should be no more than 15 minutes. Are the graphics bad compared to other DS titles? absolutely.

Build Cities, Raise Legions

S. H. Wells, Amazon
21 May 2010
  • Summary: History Channel games may not be technically the most innovative, but if you enjoy the Roman period of history, this is a fun game. It is basically a DS version of so if you played Legion on the PC, then you will know what you are getting.

  • Summary: Let me first state I am not an avid gamer, the last video game I finished was Bully on PS2. I am a 20 something college student not a 12 year old boy so when my boyfriend bought me a DS lite I thought he was insane until I found this game.
