Summary: What were they thinking???? This game....no joke....took me less than 2 hours to play. And that was with MULTIPLE interruptions!!! All I did was walk from room to room.....clicking (and sometimes DOUBLE clicking) on anything and everything on the screen hoping that SOMETHING would register as useful. And this was a pointless task since I couldn't really tell WHAT I was clicking on because everything was tiny to fit on the DS screen.
Summary: Having been a huge fan of the Titanic game for the PC (which took my husband and I weeks to finish together) I was thrilled to pick this one up for my DS. It was a huge disappointment! While the storyline and characters are fine, the puzzles were either too simple or too counter-intuitive. The worst part is that I completed the entire game in about 4 hours. One main problem is that when solving the puzzles you have to drag the found items to the EXACT right spot.
Summary: Game is entirely too short. Graphics are decent, but the game is REALLY easy. Not much to seek'n'find. I only had one challenge, which was figuring out the barge pumps and after a bit, I just looked at an online walk-through. Save your cash.
Summary: I love hidden object games, so when I found this used I thought I'd give it a try. I should have saved my money. As other reviews have said, it only takes about two hours to beat, and that's if you are distracted by other stuff. It might be great for younger kids who are easily frustrated by other games, as there are multiple hint and skip options that allow you to get past stuff, but its rated E-10+, so younger kids shouldn't play it? Not really sure why its not just E.
Summary: I enjoy the hidden object games, and even more so, the puzzle ones. This one was fun, until it ended very quickly. Took maybe 2 hours to complete. Not a bad concept, but needed to be extended for longer game play.
Summary: I had such hopes for this game. First problem was during narration, the sound is so poor, I had the volume all the way up and the ds to my ear and could still barely hear it and I have no idea what was on the screen since the ds was at my ear. What is the point of the puzzles if you can just skip them without even having to try atleast once. The game was boring, too short, and dissappointing.
Summary: I received this game for Xmas and started playing it this past weekend and I finished it in less than 4 hours. It was listed as a hidden object game and I would not consider it that at all. There was not many levels and I finished it in no time. I find that it was sometimes frustrating that when you clicked on something it wouldn't do it but then you hit the hint button and it showed you the item and then you could click on it.
Summary: I received this game as a present and was very disappointed in the puzzles and the storyline. The main character is married to an alcoholic that does care about her. She has a possessive mother that adds nothing to the story. The graphics were great but whoever decided to write the story had no imagination. The puzzles were easy but you could not see the items you needed to find on the ds system so you constantly needed hints. Too bad.
Summary: The game had a lot of potential, but I was able to complete it in a couple hours of straight gameplay with little effort. The puzzles were not very challenging and the play control was pretty poor. For example, when you take an item from your inventory and attempt to use it, if you don't click just right on the touchscreen it closes your inventory screen on you.
Summary: This game was a huge disappointment! I couldn't believe I completed the entire game within 2 hours of play. I really thought there was more. Silly me, after completing Mrs. Ashley's role to 100%, I thought I could continue the story line using another character. But when the game started all over again, exactly the same, mind you, I thought I was doing something wrong. Then I realized, there is nothing left to do. The music is awful and the puzzles are not challenging.
