Summary: I've played Harvest Moon for the first time over a decade ago. Back then I was a teenager, my sisters and I would spend the weekend working on our farms and actually fight over whose turn was to play. This game takes me back in time and I just love the peace it gives me to just tend after my farm.
Summary: I love the Harvest Moon series, and so when I got my 2DS I decided to buy this as one of the first games I ever recieved. I purchased two copies, one for me and one for my husband. He doesn't find it as interesting because he really enjoys breeding crops (like in the gamecube or playstation versions with the tartan). This game does lack that, but there's exploring, and friendships, and marriage, and its easy to pick up and put down and play at my own pace.
Summary: I love this game so much! I have played it like almost everyday since I bought it it's the best Harvest Moon for me because there are two towns and there are so many things you can do on both towns, I just love it!
Summary: Harvest Moon: Two Towns (3DS) / B004XIQPAO I've been a Harvest Moon fan since the first game came out on the SNES. Some of the latest installments have been a little disappointing, like the ones which take out the marriage and courtship aspect. But Tale of Two Towns perfectly recaptures the magic of Harvest Moon by beautifully balancing farming with the social aspects (which are my favorite parts of the franchise).
