Summary: Hey, everyone. Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness is definitely a good game. It has everything you could want from a. harvest Moon title: farming, raising animals, clearing land, gathering supplies, and growing relationships. Here are just a few things that make it feel a little different from the Harvest Moon games you might be used to: - It's very dangerous in the beginning if you are not very careful.
Summary: This is my first try at the HM series and I like the game. It's very enoyable and somewhat relaxing. My main reason for liking it is that it's a great time passer also there's that little mixture of dating sims in here(or "events") which I personally enjoy because I like games where you get to chose your own path and choices affect gameplay, etc.
Summary: Harvest Moon is an a addictive series of games that you can't put down. The game is completely endless and you can play over and over again. There's a lot of content including: crops, animals, NPCs, events and festivals.
Summary: When I first heard that a new Harvest Moon game was coming to the DS, I was determined to buy it. After buying this game, I have not regret for one moment buying it. This is definetly the most advanced HM game on the market, with specific "water points" and "sun points" for not only crops, but grains and trees too! There are even more animals involved this time too with cat, pig, badgers, sparrows, rabbits, ducks, mice and monkeys to name some of them.
Summary: I LOVE this game! The island is great, and makes a great new take on an old story. As usual, I love the quirky characters. The cut scenes never fail to crack me up. For fans of the series, I highly recommend it. A drawback was the slow pace of gaming (although I suppose that can be positive as well). Also, before many characters show up to the island it's hard to get really into the gameplay.
