Harvest Moon's Grand Bazaar
17 October 2015
Excerpt: Touring between venues for shows, long technical rehearsals and lots of downtime in hotels recently has meant that I've been powering through books ridiculously fast. When I've ran out of books to kill time, my go to game is Harvest Moon Grand Bazaar, this game has lasted me probably about a year...
Pros: great longevity, good value for money, cute graphics, easy gameplay
Cons: no multiplayer really, older version compared to new 3DS game
Summary: It's Harvest Moon - it's a grind! But this one has a few different features in such as the Bazaar itself which is fun the first few times you do it. The characters are pretty standard, the puzzles (such as their are) are simple.
Summary: If like me you are a FoMT fan, then this game may not be for you. The idea behind the game has changed significantly and you can only buy certain items like chickens and cows once a week at the bazaar. The idea behind the bazaar was enjoyable, but became tedious very quickly.
Summary: This is a slightly different style of Harvest Moon game to the other games I have played (Harvest Moon DS cute, Island of Sunshine, Rune Factory Series). The aim of the game, other than the normal getting married and having a child, is to rebuild the bazaar (market) to Best in the World buying...
Summary: Repeative at times, like the previous harvest moons, (crops, animals etc.) but heats different is that you make food and stuff and sell it at a fair every week. It gets the same but as long you stick to it, it gets better as you make more and more money from the item you make in the windmills.
