Harvest Moon Grand Bazaar
Family Friendly Gaming
2 February 2013
Excerpt: It is official. I have a brand new favorite Harvest Moon video game. What is that game? Harvest Moon DS Grand Bazaar. Natsume tweaks the franchise a little each and every single year. I like the flow and pace of Harvest Moon DS Grand Bazaar the most. There is a weekly bazaar where we can sell items to earn some mega money. This is also the time of the week animals, tools, and more can be purchased.
In-depth farm sim is great entry in popular series.

Summary: Parents need to know that the visually adorable Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar is a detail-oriented farm simulation that may be too complicated for younger players. It is also a slowly-paced game, so kids without the patience to see through a long and intertwined story might want to stay away. The content is generally child-friendly, with very sweet, earnest characters.
Summary: Small gripes aside, Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar is a strong showing for the farming franchise, with the addition of the eponymous market bringing a nice weekly structure to proceedings. The ability to save games only at the day’s end is the only fault of any consequence, and if you’ve enjoyed previous outings in the series, there’s no reason you won’t like this one too.
