Summary: I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan have been since the first book came out. This game is actually pretty fun but it hurts my eyes pretty fast because the graphics are worse then most other ds games but still very fun and Im happy with the buy was cheap enough
My kids are totally frustrated with the lack of a save system!

Summary: My kids really like this game , but it is ridiculous to make a game these days without a save system. Poor execution here. One child plays for a long time and closes the cover of the DS to hold their place in the game and the next sibling mistakenly turns the DS off resulting in lost games, tears and fights. Completely stupid system!
Summary: This will sound strange....but I actually LOVED this game the 2ND time I played it thru. The first time, (I will agree with some of the other reviewers here) I was definitely NOT impressed with the wonky arrow and all the stairs. And my game DID freeze on me twice when Ron and Hermione got in my way and I had to start the level over again. I just bought the Half Blood Prince for the DS.....and THAT game really made me appreciate THIS game a lot more.
Summary: I enjoyed this game. My favorites include the exploding snap and gobstones mini-games. Myrtle got quite annoying. I am terrible on the Quidditch and the Charms class. Had to let the youngsters field those troublesome spots for me. I Love the Endless Day and the ability to move about Hogwarts. Of Course, this is the first video game I played. I went ahead and purchased other Harry Potter games and the following platforms for myself and family to enjoy.
Summary: I was really excited when I ordered this game and anxiously awaited its arrival. After all the previews I saw of it on a dvd made it look great. But was I ever disappointed when I started playing the game. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter books and movies even though I'm adult. The game was just boring, nothing but running back and forth through the same corridors and every few minutes having to play the same duel game or attend a DA meeting.
Summary: I love the Harry Potter games, but this one doesn't seem to flow right. You have beat the game before you know it and you still have all of these things that you have to find. The spells you have to cast are pretty easy, but they don't really explain how to do them so there is one that is tricky.
Summary: This game is great. I love the graphics. Sure, this game is not the most visually stunning thing in the world, but it was not horrible. The game is fun to play; progress is notable and the game has a couple of different things to do (mini games and the like). My only complaint is that you have to complete a stage or task in order to save the game. You cannot automatically save. I have a great time playing this.
Much better than other reviewers would have you think

Summary: I am actually writing this review on behalf of my 9 year old daughter. She absolutely loves this game. Other reviewers have mentioned "all of stairs" you have to climb. She said it is no big deal and actually added to the fun of the game. She really enjoys playing this game and likes that they have actual scenes from the movie when you get to the end. I made a couple of potions, too, and it was fun and entertaining.
