Summary: This is a very good game. I expected a mediocre crystal chronicles with no customization and weak gameplay. I bought a game with a fair amount of customization, large control over your party, and great (dare I say Zelda-esque) puzzles in a series that normally does not contain as many.
Summary: When you're main sprite is so big and takes up half the DS screen, it's hard to see what's around you. There are puzzles in this game, and it would be nice to see more of your surroundings so that puzzles can effectively be solved. The controls were a little clumsy to me. Takes a little while to get used to. Multiplayer was fine, but lacking in that friends' stories did not progress--only the lead player's did. Kind of a disappointment.
Summary: I loved this game. Despite the fact that some of the dungeons are fiendishly annoying- I'm looking at the Graveyard- they manage to redeem themselves. The Graveyard's atmosphere, for example- the music is creepy and slow, and dragging around coffins to make bridges is an interesting touch- offsets the extra labor necessary to kill monsters. Oh, and the boss is awesome. EoT's music is excellent.
Summary: I got this game a back during summer break so I'd have somthing to do in the car and man was I glad I got this! the storyline is a bit on the simple side but that helps if you've never played a crystal chronicles game before (which I have not). the controls are simple aside from magic selection which can be pretty anoying when your last charatcer's about to get owned, thankfully you can still play as "ghosts" of characters in your party who were killed (so long as atleast...
Summary: As someone who primarily played this on single player mode, I didn't find the game to be as bad as other people described! I could see how this game would be a little easier to play if you had multiple people accompanying you, but I had no problem doing the puzzles by myself. The AI was a little annoying at times, but I only wanted my extra party members to primarily fend off annoying enemies, and for that purpose they were fine.
Summary: I've have been looking for a cooperative multiplayer game that is family-friendly for quite a while. My kids are all in elementary school, so an E rating is much preferred. Cooperative is also a must because there is enough sibling rivalry without a chosen form of entertainment making it worse. Plus I have a soft spot for role-playing games. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time is the latest game in our search.
Summary: A great game to play from the Final Fantasy series, with great graphics (considering it's for DS). Neat little puzzles here and there through out the game within dungeons. The game allows for a bit of character customization, though not a lot, armor for female characters need improvement though. The game also has a good storyline but it's a bit short, seeing as how I've played through normal and hard in less than 100 hrs. Great game none the less.
