Summary: Darn it this is a fun game! This is not only the best soccer game on the ds, but the best sports game on the ds period. The graphics (if you care about that sort of thing) are about the best the ds has to offer, and the physics are very realistic. Everything- from your team to the chant your crowd cheers- is completely customizable. You get to draw your own team logo, create their uniforms, their motto, and of course team name.
Summary: My 11 year old son loves this game for the multiple playing modes, good graphics and details. Another feature he enjoys is the instant replay function. My son is an active soccer player himself and very versed with international teams. He enjoys that he can call up any international major or minor soccer league. My 11-year old says: "I recommend you buy it".
As good as soccer on the DS is as likely to get...

Summary: Fifa 08 is by my reckoning the 3rd instalment on the DS and without doubt the best version so far. The question is with Pro Evolution 2008 on the horizon for DS, how long will it keep its crown? The commentary is fun and usually relevant to the action on the pitch although understandably it starts to repeat after a while. The player models look ok; their faces look pretty accurate in the team selection screen although they look much less good in the matches.
Summary: In spite of the somewhat disappointment this game has been for the three major consoles, I believe they did very well in the DS version. It's really fun to play, the graphics are surprisingly good (considering the processing power of the DS). Very easy and fast to get up and running. The teams and their players are pretty accurate. The physics are actually amazingly good and accurate (again, as said above, considering the processing power of a DS).
FIFA 08 (DS): Fifa 08 the best DS footie game out there!!
1 September 2008
Summary: Fifa 08 on the DS is the best football game on this conole by a mile. I would even say it is better tahn the PSP version, though lagging behind the PSP in the graphics department the gameplay is much more fluid and smooth on the DS lite. There is even more new licensed teams and leagues than before from the premiership to the australian league.
Pros: fluid and smooth gameplay, wireless multi-player link up.
Cons: using the stylus pen and touch screen to take free kicks.
Conclusion: i had this game on psp and sold it to buy a ds , what a mistake!!! the game is easy to play and the manager mode has alot less then other formats, no transfer etc. it also doesnt matter who you sub whereas on other formats you can see a players energy, morale etc which adds more to the reality.
Conclusion: Ive got this game and have played it loads of times i never get board of it. you can play as man united chelsea macclesfield accrington man city and lots more you must get this game and you can also play against people around the world using the wifi connection BBUUYY!!
Conclusion: you have to get this game if ur looking for a new game for your ds it is good offline but when you play it online it is something else if u don't get this u are simply crazy the multiplayer combines multi and single card play so you dont have to have the game aswell. the only down sides are that it sometimes lags on online and keepers take the free kicks and penaltys a 1/4 of the time but u should get this!!
