Super Slimy Fun
29 January 2007
Excerpt: Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime is one of the latest RPG adventures to hit the Nintendo DS handheld and it promises to keep players attention for hours at a time with its weirdly addictive game play, wacky cast of slimy heroes, and amusing storyline.
Excerpt: Dragon Quest VIII was the best received game in the series since Nintendo Power gave away copies of the first under its original North American title, Dragon Warrior. While most Americans enjoyed the game's turn-based combat and interesting monster designs, the game didn't become the behemoth it did...
Summary: Square-Enix have been making the ever-successful Dragon Quest series of games since 1986, and is their second biggest franchise after Final Fantasy, selling over 40 million copies worldwide over it's 20 year lifespan.
Conclusion: Rocket Slime is bouncy happy daft fun. Balance a catnip plant on your head and the pouncing cats will think thoughts of love about you. Bounce into a rescued slime in Slimenia and they'll have a unique complaint related to their personality, inevitably containing a painful pun.
