Ratatouille for DS - Cute, but Not Super Accessible

ablegamers.com
13 October 2010
  • Excerpt: Ratatouille for the Nintendo DS transforms key events from the popular 2007 Disney’s Pixar movie into a collection of adventure levels and touch-screen cooking tasks. The adventure levels are by far the best because you'll help Remy the rat run, jump, climb, and sneak his way through intricate 3D environments in order to gather the ingredients necessary to prepare everyone’s favorite chef Linguini's recipes.

Game Freaks 365
9 July 2007
  • Excerpt: Who would have thought that an animated film about a rat would be the blockbuster summer movie of 2007? It is both the top rated and grossing movie of the summer, pulling in over $100 million in two weeks. You have to give THQ credit for their foresight into picking a hit to base a game off of. The only question is: does the video game hold up to the success of the film? That depends on the platform you play it on. Read on for my impressions of the Nintendo DS version.

Spicier than expected

Pocket Gamer

  • Conclusion: While not quite worthy of a Michelin star, fans of the film and kids looking for fun will be thrilled. It might not offer the biggest of helpings but, while it lasts, Ratatouille tastes great

Ratatouille

Gameplayer
22 June 2008
  • Cons: Dåligt utformad design i just kocksekvenserna, dassig grafik, dum kamera.
