One of the few horror games that genuinely scared me

Kevin Tran, Amazon
3 January 2014
  • Summary: The game is dark and the atmosphere is perfect. I normally don't get scared while playing horror games but this one made me nervous. Play in the dark with headphone on and you will enjoy it.

An underrated fps

Drew, Amazon
15 August 2013
  • Summary: This game is spooky for a ds title. You won't scream or jump but you may cringe. I was impressed that this was a ds game. Very cool use of flashlight too. Too bad you have one arm syndrome. Play this game. You won't regret it.

WARNING! broken save system ruins the game

Michael Hernandez "AriesSiren", Amazon
19 April 2012
  • Summary: omg, this game just hurt me because i really liked it until the save system reared its ugly head. it doesnt save!! even though it SAYS its saving, you will still start at the beginning of the chapter if you die, and you will die alot, and ALL enemies respawn. plus theres bosses, so if you die there, you'll still start ALL over from the beginning, you even have to do puzzles over!!!. i cant believe the developers thought this would be fun.

Poor checkpoint and save system practically kill this game

Richard Baker "BinaryMessiah", Amazon
28 March 2012
  • Summary: The Good: Amazing graphical feat for the DS, spooky atmosphere, creepy enemies, horrifying bosses, great control scheme The Bad: Weird lighting effects, terrible map, maze like hallways, scarce ammo and health make things harder, respawning enemies, confusing puzzles, confusing story, brutal save system Boy do I love this game...actually I hate this game and love it at the same time.

Scariest Game on the Planet!

Robert, Amazon
28 December 2011
  • Summary: All I can say is that, if you want your heart to race, and you are healthy enough to handle the pounding, go ahead and buy this game. Warning: may induce severe nightmares!!! Chapter 11 was so scary that I had to literally run as fast as I can to get the heck out, accidentially forgetting to pick up a much needed chainsaw. Without that weapon, I can't get much further.

Who would of thought the Nintendo DS could actually scare you!

Brandon K., Amazon
12 December 2011
  • Summary: I saw the Dementium series one day and decided to pick it up on a whim. That whim made me a fan for life! These are probably the best graphics I have ever seen on the Nintendo DS, and it's just one of the things that add to the creepy atmosphere of the game. The music and sound effects literally had me looking over my shoulder every five seconds (It's best to play with headphones on!
