Summary: this game is really amazing for a fighting game for 3ds. the graphics are truly amazing for 3ds. its alot of fun collecting all the figures, the character are good. there are a few downfalls tho, people who play online spam and over use the bottom screen controls and the story is really short ( you could beat it in less then a day) but theres alot to do in the game to make up for the short story mode called chronical mode i highly recommend this game but YOU CAN PCIK UP...
Summary: Before getting this game, I had previously played Street Fighter 3D, so coming into a new Fighter was nothing 'exciting'. So I hoped for a new style of playing, and that's what I got. This game is basically combo-oriented so you can just smash a certain button and you can easily get a 6+ combo. Though, this can be a good or bad thing. Anyways, here's are the pros and cons: Pros: -Easy to play for beginners. -Has enough content for old fans to get into again.
Summary: Bought game for just under $18 from 'buybacksmansfield' & it arrived in under 4 days I expected only the cartridge, but the game arrived in original case, with original artwork/instruction manual. The cartridge is in Prefect condition, it plays flawlessly & it looks like brand new. I definetely do not regret making this order & would reccomend to others, & I will probably buy from these sellers (buybacksmansfield) again.
Summary: DOA dimensions is the first fighting game I have intensively played. Its graphics are excellent and its fighting system are very innovative. To be specific, you will see lots of beautiful girls fighting with each other with elegant acts which is very enjoyable. Yet it is far more than that.
Summary: Don't let the fact that this is a portable persuade you from trying it. DOA is recreated in 3D and it makes a fantastic difference. You will notice a little loss in detail from the console versions but it's still great on the eyes. It's just amazing what they can do with portables now. A must have in the collection if your into the series. And as far as I know, the only version of Dead or Alive that is made in 3D.
Summary: In terms of the story, DOAD is between DOA4 and DOA5. Character design is still based on DOA4. Strongly hope that Team Ninja will make a DOA for 3DS based on DOA5 character design. As for the game itself, DOAD continues with the classic rock-paper-scissors system of all previous DOA versions. It is a whole lot easier to learn and play DOA than let's say Street Fighter because at least we don't need to learn how to do the dragon punch and/or charged moves.
Summary: Well, the game is good. I like it, but it is extremely generic, especially for a fighting game. Like Street Fighter and Soul Calibur, the game's Story Mode (called "Chronicle") is extremely rushed and short. However, the tag challenges and survival modes are amazing. The gameplay is smooth as is the soundtrack. The one main issue I have with the game, however, is how relatively imbalanced some characters are compared to others.
