Not bad, but far from the original Crash.

V. Edwards "V. E", Amazon

  • Summary: This game is quite different from the Crash we're used to. Instead of Wumpa fruit in plenty supply, they've now become scattered and sometimes even scarce. That's not good if one is running low on health. The boxes are all filled with crystals that fill up your "mojo" meter. Gameplay with Crash alone is pretty much the same as the other series, but controlling the mutants is another factor. They don't jump very high, but are very powerful.

Not the Classic Crash

A. Bailey, Amazon
18 January 2009
  • Summary: I'm glad we rented this one... My little brother (7) wanted to play a Crash game, but this one was somewhat disappointing. Firstly, while Crash and his abilities have not changed, the premise of this game is that Crash conquers different mutants and "rides" them through the jungle using them to fight. While Crash can get off at any time, many of the extras and some necessary times (knocking over large trees, moving rocks, boss battles etc) require a mutant.
