Summary: Chrono Trigger is one of the greatest video game RPGs of all time - perhaps one of the greatest video games of all time, period. It features incredible art, incredible music, a great story, great characters, and oh - it's really fun too.
Summary: This game was released at the end of the Super Nintendo's life when most people were moving on to Playstation or the Nintendo 64 and it was also ridiculously expensive (you could expect to pay around $80 in mid '90s money) so it largely got overlooked.
Summary: Finding Chrono Trigger for the DS was like finding a free $100 bill on the ground when you're starving for a dollar cheeseburger. This game is an immense breath of fresh air, and is a time-tested classic RPG that delivers on every element of what a good RPG should be.
this is an excellent game, full of nostalgia and solid gameplay

Summary: + Fast loads (unlike PSX port from a decade ago lol). + Same story with base elements, plus, the Chrono Cross precuel final-fight and ending bonus (this is a huge extra value). + Akira Toriyama's intro animation included (The only down side is that you cannot swap it between the original 16-bit...
Summary: This is the best RPG game I have ever played! The variety of characters provided allows the player to select a party that fits their fighting style. You get to explore the game pretty much freely and are provided with a variety of places across time.
Summary: I don't actually play srpg that often. Action oriented rpg's like Dragon Dogma's: Dark Arisen I prefer. I thought maybe I won't like Chrono Trigger since I wanted something more action packed but boy was I in for a real surprise.
An epic journey that will take you to various periods in time with diverse characters from numerous time periods.A timeless classic.

Summary: This has been one of my favorite games since I played the original version on the SNES. While the DS version doesn't add much new content, it's still a superb game. The characters, the story, the gameplay, the music... everything is very well executed.
Summary: This is one of my all time favorite games for the SNeS generation or any generation for that matter. This DS port really does it justice. It's best played on an XL system the extra screen space really helps one to take in the cut scenes.
Summary: This is an excellent version of this classic Super Nintendo game. Not a lot has been added, and outside of plugging in some anime movies for specific story bits (that did not replace the in-game scenes) nothing has been changed (this is good).
