Summary: Chrono Trigger for the Nintendo DS allows me to relive my childhood days - and they even bring in *another* secret ending! If you're a fan of old-school RPG's and would love to play one with the original graphics and some added cut-scenes on a handheld system, this would definitely be an excellent addition to your collection. Many have celebrated Chrono Trigger as one of the greatest games of all time - I am up there with them.
Summary: Chrono Trigger is a game that I had heard a lot about ever since middle school. When I found the DS version I knew it had to be mine. Once I started to play it I could not put it down. The game has a large, colorful, and well developed main cast and party members. The combat system in the game is easy to use and it has many hidden combinations between the different party members, plus you can beat the game without having a healer.
An epic journey that will take you to various periods in time with diverse characters from numerous time periods.A timeless classic.

Summary: Chrono Trigger is a timeless classic, released back in 1995,developed by Square and the likes of Sakaguchi(Final Fantasy creator who wrote the story for many popular Final Fantasy games),Kitase(director of the development of many Final Fantasy games),Toriyama(Dragon Ball Z artist)were involved with the development of this game.
Summary: This has been one of my favorite games since I played the original version on the SNES. While the DS version doesn't add much new content, it's still a superb game. The characters, the story, the gameplay, the music... everything is very well executed. It's an awesome game, whether you have played it before or if it's your first time playing it. If you like RPG games you can't go wrong with this one.
Summary: Chrono Trigger transcends what most games will turn out to be: just a game. However, Chrono Trigger is different. Chrono Trigger is not just a game. Chrono Trigger is a masterstroke. It can be simply described as Nintendo doing everything right- just like titles such as Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Mother 3, Metroid Prime, and other beloved masterpieces. The story is riveting in the same fashion as the Nintendo 64 Zelda games.
Summary: This is one of my all time favorite games for the SNeS generation or any generation for that matter. This DS port really does it justice. It's best played on an XL system the extra screen space really helps one to take in the cut scenes. The new touch control menus at the bottom take some getting used to but help clear up more space on the top. I played the original so much I had the script memorized so the new translation helps make the game feel a little fresher.
Summary: This is an excellent version of this classic Super Nintendo game. Not a lot has been added, and outside of plugging in some anime movies for specific story bits (that did not replace the in-game scenes) nothing has been changed (this is good).
A timeless classic that you can take with you anywhere.

Summary: I found out from my good friend that this game is no longer in production and that the longer you wait, the harder it will become to find it. So when I spotted it on Amazon, I did not hesitate to place an order. There's nothing really to review about Chrono Trigger. If you know about the game, you've heard from countless sources how phenomenal and legendary this title is. If you own a DS/3DS, there is no reason not to have this in your library.
Summary: For older players like myself who played RPGs like Chrono Trigger and Earthbound on SNES back in the day, know that this is a 100% faithful port to DS + a little extra. The games graphics seemed to be just a little bit sharper and the dual screen allowed for the top screen to be all about the action while the lower screen was used to control inventory and attacks in an easier to see format.
Summary: Look this game is an epic awesome classic RPG. It's the original version formatted for the DS so it's not going to have the latest graphics, effects, etc etc. However, it's still very playable and enjoyable. It can end in a dozen different ways, has a great story line, cool music, fun characters, and is just perfect for any RPG lover. This is one of the most loved classic RPGs. Get it!
