Summary: I have this game on my Nintendo ds, I really love it but I do wish the cats would look more real, I also recommend the sims 2 pets game it's amazing, I really want Nintendo cats but it's for 3 ds, anyways this is really fun, does get a bit boring but a amazing birthday/Easter/Christmas or any festival gift. Great for holidays to.
Summary: I like this game- there a lots of cats to choose from and it's quite realistic. When you're trying to train your cat, I find it takes quite a long time to get all it's stars up and sometimes it's a little bit boring doing that. There isn't really much to do, but I think it's quite fun.
Summary: Catz 2 is the best cat game I have played! Way better than Purr-pals and catz. Great graphics and lots of objectives to do! you can also bu a TON of clothes and toys for your little kitty. You can take lots of photos of your kitty! amazing game Highly rec amended for any cat or petz ds games lover!
Summary: Thought that my 6 year old would love this as she has is obsessed with cats...not allowed a real one so hoping the virtual care would entertain her. She has not really spent a lot of time playing it but perhaps more due to her age than the game itself...
Summary: Bought this for my eight year old son, for his birthday as he had Nintendogs and he wanted a cat version. He loves it. It, didn't arrive in time for his birthday, although this was more to do with the let down of our postal/customs, as it left the USA the day after ordering but took 3 weeks to get to us!
Summary: Daughter loved this game plenty of different options and levels of complexity. Pretty easy to get going and the pet you choose seems pretty responsive with nice touches like the kittens playing with various objects to add realism. Game holds attention well too as you unlock different types of rooms , toys and clothing for your kitten.
Conclusion: I wanted a new game on my ds, one which wasnt challenging that i could just pick up and play and not put any effore into really. I read reviews for dogz 2, hamsterz 2 and catz 2. In the end i decided to go for catz 2. It is very good, you have got to make your cat do different objectives and when you do you get coins and a new item unlocked to buy. However it is repetitive and can get quite boring when you are trying to complete the tasks.
Conclusion: If you've bought catz one and thought it was rubbish as i did don;t think this one is rubbish too just because the first one was this one is much better and much more fun. You can do alot more stuff the best part is earning ribbons and medles by doing little challenges like ''take a photo of your cat alseep'' and the more you do the harder it gets.
Conclusion: I am a cat addict and for me this game was good and fun. It's better than catz and is quite like dogz and nintendogs. You can brush the cat, feed it, love it and lots more, the only problem is (which is why it got four stars) the game can get slightly repetative after a while.
