Summary: This is a super fun game, until I got to this world known as the Sandy Grave. Everything was going fine with me and my girlfriend until we got to the boss of this place-some strange Egyptian chick. I was about ready to lay a beatdown on this mean, evil, and imperialistic witch and raised my sword to fight against her, but she only smiled and laughed at me and told me that no man can defy her. Then she laid some sort of spell upon me-and the next thing I know..
Summary: If your a castlevania fan you will buy this master piece with out seeing my review but in case your a new comer to the series ,I will tall you about it. you will take the role of 2 characters each character have there own skills and weapons and you have to make your way to defeat Dracula
Summary: Very good game. Pro: Good story, good variety of skills and enemies interesting gameplay. Not much to say Cons: Charlotte is the buff master, i only used her for this purpose, because of her limited weapons variety and spell casting time i prefered using Jonathan. Very easy to master skills and they become uber very quickly (shuriken ftw). Found the final paintings to be kinda boring since they are more like reskins of the previous four.
Summary: Yeah! This and Order of Ecclesia are my favorite DS Castlevania games. This one is great due to the co-op modes and the many unlockable characters to play as. The atmosphere and music are also quite enjoyable (and while no where near that of SotN) are certainly enough to quell your daily required dose of CV
Best gameplay of all three DS Castlevania titles, should be in your library!

Summary: Of all three DS Castlevania titles, I would have to give Portrait of Ruin (PoR) the slight edge over Order of Ecclesia (OoE) in terms of gameplay, though overall OoE is the best DS Castlevania title. PoR expands on the team mechanic that was introduced as a bonus in Dawn of Sorrow (DoS). You have Jonathan who relies more on physical attacks, and Charlotte who uses magic.
Summary: Another strong entry to the series. I feel as though adding the second character is unnecessary as abilities could have just as easily been added to the primary character. Anime art style in portraits and cutscenes doesn't do it for me either, it's not appropriate for the setting. Gameplay, sound, and visuals are all strong.
Summary: For starters all of the Castlevania games on the DS ( DoS , PoR , OoE ) are soooo freaking good and addictive now for this game is a direct sequel to Bloodlines on the Sega Genesis . ( Fun & challenging Game ) the main appeal in this game is to venture the castle by these interesting Portraits to unseal the evil of the castle for s 2d platformer its RPG mechanism really makes it addicting with power leveling , gearing , skills upgrading and unlocking various stuff in the...
Summary: Game worked fine for the most part and was included with case. Was able to play through the game entirely with almost no issues. However, sometimes the game would simply freeze and I would be forced to restart and on a few occasions sprites would disappear. These seemed to be due to cartridge errors, as I could hear something rattling around a little bit inside of the game.
