get the job done. Nothing on the DS is necessarily going to "wow" you, but I was surprised that animated characters couldn't be brought to life on the screen with more detail. If it makes you feel better, there is a lot going on at the same time on screen; this is an action game at heart. Kart racing doesn't have to have graphics that are drop-dead beautiful. The cars are silly, the level design is even sillier. Read more
In my quest to play every racing game on the DS, it has become Cartoon Network Racing's turn. I guess I don't watch cartoon network, as I have heard of absolutely none of these characters, but I decided to try it out anyway. It's very much obviously a rip-off of Mario Kart, yet lacks in the fun you can have in that game with both in-game fun and mini-game fun. There are 4 or maybe 5 events, each with about 4 tracks to race on. Read more
Some of the gratest cartoon character get in go carts and race for the cartoon network racing title. Cartoon Network Racing was released on the Sony Playstation 2 and the Nintendo DS but today we will be looking at the NDS version. This version in my opinion is the better version becuase with its nice 3d graphics and fairly large roster the game does open up doors for a sequel. Read more

Cartoon Network Racing (CNR) was Firebrand’s first product, and was released in 2006 on Nintendo DS, published by The Game Factory. The game features 24 characters from the zany world of Cartoon Network including Johnny Bravo, The Powerpuff Girls and Dexter’s Lab. With 16 varied tracks and innumerable power ups and tricks, CNR is a great karting experience for the Nintendo DS. The game also includes 3 full length cartoons and 2 unique mini games.
