Summary: This is a very fun game. I only gave it 3 stars because it took me just a couple plays to play through it. It offers 3 different charcters to have 3 different games. It brings back fawn memories of years ago when I went to my town carnivals with my beloved Father.
Summary: I bought this game only to get it and it's obviousely the spanish version. I can't understand a word the guy is saying! I have looked and unless I am missing something, I can't find anywhere to select the language you prefer in the options. It doesn't say anything in the above description about it being spanish. I was very disappointed.
Summary: I have 20 DS games and I like this game a lot. I like that you can get tickets from all kidns of games and buy all kinds of clothes. It is extremely fun. My favorite mini game on Carnival is one game where you have to shoot different targets and I got one of the hightest scores. Some of the games are challenging. For example, one of the challenging games is where you have to move a magnifying glass with your stylus and there is a line that you have to follow with it.
Summary: This was one of my first DS purchases. While I find it fun in small bursts of time, it is not my favorite game to play (I really like Professor Layton and Animal Crossing). Some of the games are weird in how you must play them (dunk tank). Others are downright frustrating (race cars and clown splash). There are some cute unlockables, but I haven't found many.
Pros: fun little games to play when you don't have a lot of time, cute concept
Cons: cannot interact with other carnival-goers, games get old after playing them a lot, incentives to win games not high
Summary: I thought the Wii version of Carnival games was a lot of fun despite some problems. I picked up the DS version expecting a scaled down version of the Wii game. Unfortunately, a lot of fun was lost in the translation Skee Ball/Alley Ball was one of my favorite games in the Wii version. The DS version is set up where you flick the stylus to roll the ball.
Summary: Just as the title says, this is a fun game which my 6 year old daughter enjoyed playing. She hasn't continued playing it like some other games (Mario Bros), as the carnival games are quite simple and it hasn't held her interest long enough. But it is easy to play and entertaining for a while.
Summary: I bought this for my 5 yr old daughter and she finds a lot of the games too hard, I think it would be impossible for a 3 yr old to play. Having said that I end up playing this and really like it, even I haven't been able to hit the top scores!
