Don't bother with the "new", stick with the original!

Summary: I pre-ordered this New Carnival Games ds title based on my fun experience with the original version. WHAT A MISTAKE!! Not only are the graphics terrible, but the gameplay is difficult to make the objects do what you want them to (throw darts, bowl, anything!) I even had my 9 yr old nephew try it out for a while just to make sure it wasn't just me. Stick to the original Carnival Games and you will be much better off!
Summary: This game was fun for the first couple of times I played it, then I decided that a few of the games were downright frustrating, not too many unlockables existed, and it frankly just got old. I traded it in about one month after purchasing it. The idea of carnival games is neat, but the creators could have done so much more with game play. Very disappointing and I am sorry I spent the money on it.
Summary: First off we thought this game was for 2 or more players. It isn't a multiplayer game unless you each have your own game. Secondly the game itself was very basic. Geared more towards small children. After 2 days of play we gave the game away..
Not a very good game, I would not ever reccomend buying it

Excerpt: This game came free with when I bought my DS on a special offer from the store that I bought it from, and I'm glad they did as after about 3 hours of playing the game I'd already mastered the good parts of this game and given up on the some of the harder games and just deemed them as impossible to complete.
Excerpt: Having played many games that I do enjoy I found one which I did enjoy but got outraged by at the same time. The game in question is Carnival Funfair Games, I saw this on the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo Wii so I went for the cheaper option and I was suprised by plenty of the things in the game. You play as a young person who walks around a carnival taking part in some of the games and your aim is to obviously score as many points as possible.
Excerpt: "Carnival Games is a game that consists of several mini games of the ‘carnival’ genre that is made by Cat Daddy. ==At the start== The game commences with the player making its very own avatar. There are limited choices from which you choose from the sex, the hair style and colour, the skin colour, the clothes, features etc. etc. There are many games that have this feature and, personally, I hate it. Pros: None for me
Cons: There's no point to it, boring, poor graphics, awful sound, for younger gamers
A tedious and boring game that I would never ever recommend
