Summary: On the consoles, EA's Burnout series has always been some of the most fun you'll ever get out of a racing game. Even on the PSP, Burnout Legends is superb, but this is the DS after all, and when it comes to technical aspects, Burnout Legends just isn't meant for Nintendo's dual screened system. The first thing you'll notice is the cars are incredibly blocky looking, and the tracks are poorly designed as well.
Summary: when I saw this game I went nuts,so when I got IT I put IN my ds immediately and started playing IT within 10 minutes I was bored and riped off so I went to game stop and traded burnout legends and the sims 2 ds whch i got riped off on too.So I gave my ds to my little 8 year old brother and im going to get a psp and burnout legends for the psp, overall IF you want a nintendo ds don't get one because the games [except super mario 64 ds]have poor and i mean pooooooorrrrrrrr...
Excerpt: Burnout Legends is a car racing game for the Nintendo DS, and different versions of this game have also been released onto other platforms. The game is easy enough to pick up in principle, but when you reach this point you are likely to notice that the game is very difficult to play and it is very difficult to control the car. Sliding the car is difficult and it is hard to even keep the car on the track.
Pros: Lots of different gameplay options
Cons: Almost unplayable as poor collision detection
Summary: I never normally have the time to spend completing games, and when I saw this I thought I still wouldn't. But this game is so short, it's taken me 5 hours to complete with relative ease. If you want something which is easy going, done without too much effort, then buy it. Serious gamers stay away.
Excerpt: INTRODUCTION: I have just purchased myself a Nintendo DS, and with it several games of course, this one Burnout legends is one I'll be playing for months. Most people would have heard of the game racing series Burnout. It's one of the best arcade racing series ever, and is also one of the fastest and most entertaining.
Summary: I love the Burnout series and have had all 4 of the games on my Xbox, so on buying my DS and finding you could get this game, I was estatic. But, sadly, that feeling didn't last. It is really difficult to control your car and to be honest, instead of being a mix of the best bits, it's more like a mish mash of, well, everything really. I wouldn't reccommend buying Burnout for DS, however, for Xbox, it is fantastic.
Summary: I had so much enthuisiasm for this game before its release having loved the XBOX version and I couldn't wait to play this game on the move... I realised that in going onto the DS some aspects would be cut, for example, the graphics... As it happens, the graphics are pretty good for the DS, but its not the graphics that are the problem. The problem is the control...it seems to miss an analog controller and control of the car is somewhat..
Ibland r...
Cons: Dåligt grafik, musik och ljud. En hel del buggar. ...
