See lessOnce again, the developers at Treasure have done a hell of a job on nearly every aspect with this title. They've created a good game and a solid gameplay system they can be proud of. While some of the mechanics remain questionable, it gives the game some unique depth and value, and that's what every great fighting game has. It's safe to say Bleach is the best fighting game on the DS but nothing like a console game. Read more
Unless you’ve imported the Jump Superstar games from Japan, the DS has been pretty starved for a good fighter. Enter Bleach: The Blade of Fate. The game delivers great gameplay and superb graphics with plenty of single player game modes like arcade, versus, and challenge. Add in a plethora of multiplayer options, and you’ve got a great game that will appeal to fans and strangers of the Bleach franchise. What more could you ask for in a pocket fighter? Read more
Honestly I'm not really into all the manga-nonsense and also the adventurous life of the rusty main character Ichigo Kurosaki can't interest me one bit. What I do know is that the DS finally has a fight game it can be proud of; good visuals and sound, accessible but at the same time deep gameplay, a lot of content and a reasonable multiplayer. In short: food for anyone longing for a portable fight. Read more

Handheld fighters aren't usually that well-done, as the controls just aren't as fluid as they need to be for you to be able to throw some powerful moves down against your AI foes, and they just don't make for a good time in general. After the solid effort Bleach put forward on the Wii, perhaps it's only natural for Bleach to equally do well on the Nintendo DS…and even better at that. So what makes this Bleach fighter one DS fans should have in their collection? Read more
Been playing it regularly since writing that review. Definitely worth the cash :) Read more
Bleach: Blade of Fate is a traditional 2D style fighter based on the manga/anime series Bleach. Fans of the series will probably enjoy the game, but anyone unfamiliar with it should still get a lot out of the excellent gameplay. The game plays like most 2D fighters, with 2-4 players fighting it out on multi-tier stages based on locations in the series. The graphics are very nice for a handheld, and all the characters are voiced by the show's cast. Online play is also... Read more

this was an awesome game the female characters didn't suck that bad so it was really good. i beat it in a couple of days so it wasn't a big challenge for me but the graphics are sweet on some of the stuff. it doesn't have all pixel characters so it wasn't as much of a migrane to look at. the only problem, not enough clarification on the buttons a nd what they do Read more
