OK, but easy and a bit repetitive

Summary: I bought this game hoping to find a challenging adventure, but what I found was a rather easy game overall, with very easy fights (it is almost impossible to die in a sword fight, only some "bosses" will challenge you a bit more). I am an adult, so maybe I should have looked for more reviews: I think this game will entertain kids and it might not be suitable for children (due to the amount of gruesome killings), but if you are from the Space Invaders generation, maybe...
Summary: I rented this game to accompany the Assassin's Creed game for Playstation 3. The game is a prequel to it and is great fun gut not the best game to buy. The game isn't as good as the console version with some problems. The graphics aren't really very good and could be improved which would make it alot better. The game has lots of slowdown but the soundtrack could also be improved.
Summary: Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles, from what I understand, is the prequel to the console version of the title Assassin's Creed. However, just a few screenshots from both titles alert you immediately to the fact that while the games share the same name, they're drastically different. Altair's Chronicles is not a free-roaming, beautiful-looking title in which you pretty much do as you please and kill who you want.
Pros: platforming can be fun at times, great sound effects, nice visuals
Cons: bland story, camera angle and controls can make platfrming a chore, short
