Summary: The original Assassin's Creed for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 was highly anticipated - for once, you could blend into crowds, scale walls and perform acrobatic stunts, just like an assassin. So it isn't much of a surprise that another game from the series would appear. Altair's Chronicles is not a sequel, but a prequel to the events in the original game. As the assassin Altair, you seek to recover a chalice that could end the Crusades for good.
Summary: The packaging was great and showed the seller cared about the product arriving safely. This is my first Assassins Creed game although i have seen others for the ps3 platform and watched many gameplays. I wasnt expecting the graphics to be anywhere close to that of the ps3 but for a DS game they are good and 3D like. The controls are a little akward and i usually stick to mashing the Y button to attack rather than the other combos available.
Summary: I bought this game hoping to find a challenging adventure, but what I found was a rather easy game overall, with very easy fights (it is almost impossible to die in a sword fight, only some "bosses" will challenge you a bit more). I am an adult, so maybe I should have looked for more reviews: I think this game will entertain kids and it might not be suitable for children (due to the amount of gruesome killings), but if you are from the Space Invaders generation, maybe...
Summary: A great adventure game that introduces each element of the game in easy to manage chunks. Good graphics and easy to use controls make this an easy game to play, although some parts take a few attempts to get the hang of. There are also some "mini games" for things like picking the pockets which add an extra element to the game. Overall and excellent adventure.
Summary: This game is great. Its a worthy portable version of the home console games. The graphics are good and everything is done in impressive 3D. The game is of good length but I wish it could have been even longer. However the game is great fun to play and will last you along time as you can change the difficulty and go back and do old missions again. If you enjoyed the prince of persia games or the oringinal assassins creed and you own a Ds then this is an essential buy.
