Summary: I really like this dryer. My clothes, towels and even rugs come out different than other dryers. Softer like new again. it's an energy saver which is great for cost effectiveness. It litterally can tell when the clothes are dry. I am very satisfied. My only criticism is the angled top. I like to use the top to set clothes after folding and they tend to slide. The features and performance far outweighs that minor detail.
Pros: Convenient Features, Easy to use, Energy Savings, Innovative, Performance, Sound level
Summary: I am so unhappy with this washer and dryer. The washer has- after only six weeks fo use, failed to spin the clothes. It has gotten a terrible odor even though we now leave the lid up between uses. The dryer is o.k. but not nearly as good as my previuos one. I bought this brand for its quality, but now I see my faith in this brand was completely misplaced.
Summary: My old dryer was so old and so loud. This one is so quite I don't think I would know when it was finished if wasn't for the ding. The winkle shield is awesome. Should have bought one a long time ago.
Pros: Convenient Features, Design, Easy to use, Energy Savings, Innovative, Performance, Sound level, Style
Summary: Dry's well and I like the wrinkle guard feature. The buttons are very noisy though, turning on and off you have no choice, they beep. Also don't like that you can't change the settings without turning power off.
Pros: Convenient Features, Energy Savings, Performance
Summary: This dryer works well and I particularly like the time remaining feature. I got the gas dryer model and it works well and treats my clothes properly. It is quite loud, tho'. If you stop it early, you have to manually shut it off. But the only real problem I have is that it balls up larger items like sheets and blankets.
Overrall a satisfactory dryer with a huge design flaw..

Summary: So far this dryer works just fine. Very easy to use and dries clothes well. However, there is a huge design flaw that I can not for the life of me understand. The top of the dryer slants down towards the front. This makes it difficult to difficult to fold laundry on and if you sit a pile of fresh folded laundry on top it will slide right off and on to the floor! Forget sitting a laundry basket or box of dryer sheet on top. They slide off!
