  • Excerpt: It is complicated to use and there is no option to cancel a programme once started. Also it doesnt tumble anti and clockwise. The cool down stage is too long and the timer offers fixed times only.

  • Excerpt: After choosing to buy this product from Argos because part of the deal stated they would take my old tumble dryer away - they didn't until I made a fuss and l had to wait in again for them to return to collect it. Won't be using them again as they don't do what they say they will!

  • Excerpt: I have had this drier for about 4 weeks now have tried several programs. When on bone dry half the items come out still very damp :( The same when I use the sensor mode... Considering ringing up & having it sent back. My old Hotpoint drier always dried everything, I wish I had gone for another Hotpoint. I went for this purely on the load capacity which is good.

  • Excerpt: This replaced previous model of same machine. Chosen for capacity, no other machine of similar size and price available. I do not like: The glass door, visible fluff accumulates. The dial switch - simple push buttons were quick and easy. The drying programmes are very long. The fluff filter - really fiddly to open to clean, would be very difficult with arthritic fingers. Disappointed.

  • Summary: The real selling point of this tumble dryer for me was definitely the sensor drying, and it hasn't disappointed.
