Summary: I have the little Haier portable washer and this dryer. I love them both and they have been total lifesavers. The washer I purchased in late 2010. I used a drying rack at first for a few months and then bought this dryer in early 2011. It is now 2014 and both are still working great.
Summary: I bought mine used with a washer (both for $325 - total) off of craigslist. The washer has a little crack in the plastic but that is not a problem. The dryer is on top of my fridge, vented out a window with about 10 feet of aluminium vent hose.
Summary: This terrific little dryer is used in my apartment bathroom. I was worried at first that it would heat up my entire house because I cannot vent it to the outside, but this has never been a problem. It does warm up the bathroom, yes, but provided I keep the door open, it's not a problem.
Excerpt: I really don't have any complaints about this Haier electric dryer. If you are looking to save space and maybe store a dryer on the first floor so you don't have to keep going down stairs, then this dryer is a great option.

Excerpt: If your space challenged such as myself this is the dryer to have. I have this dryer and highly recommend it. You can't stuff alot of clothes at one time in it but it does get the job done. Very good for one or two person family.
Summary: If I don't want any wrinkles I can only dry 5-7 2XL shirts... or 3-4 pairs of pants/jeans, 1 blanket, etc. I can easily double these numbers if I'm not worried about getting wrinkles.
Pros: I bought this in November of 2009 and I use this dryer in my condo as my only dryer. My roommate constantly over loads it but the clothes still get dry. For the size, power (normal power outlet), and price this dryer is awesome. This dryer could also be used in a dorm room, office, or anywhere yo...
Cons: It's small, a full load could take 2 hours or so to dry, it is absolutely necessary to clean the lint from the trap after every cycle, and if I'm not careful it would wrinkle everything. This is great for a single person or even roommates that wash clothes separately but if you need it to do the ...
