Summary: I ordered this Dryer and a washer from this company and was told it would arrive no later than October 29th. Well I finally got the items I ordered on November 29th. This is highly frustrating when I had to continue to spend money at the laundry mat. I would not recommend ordering form this Company if you want your items on time.
Summary: I ordered a dryer; 2 men delivered it at night, came screeching into our quiet community with screeching brakes; came stomping into my home with an attitude; with a dryer that had no parts! They wanted to just leave it sitting in the middle if my living riom; I told them to just take it back; THEN, the company just told me they were refunding my money LESS $200!!!!!!! What kind if charge is that?!?!?!?
Summary: I bought this from Best Buy late 112912 and delivered a week later. It's now 4/15 and the dryer already took a dump. Quit working during the middle of a cycle. Just stopped and wouldn't come back on. This is very very upsetting that this washer is only a few month old and already quit working. Beware... 05-08-13 Update: I feel bad for writing my first review but turned out it wasn't the dryer at all but the circuit breaker went bad.
Summary: I was on a very strict budget and Paul worked with me until we found something I could afford. He even threw in a coupon that was expired. I will definitely be back when I need more appliances.
Pros: Adjustable Temperature, Easy To Use, Large Capacity, Works Quickly
Conclusion: bought as a combo w/d deal , and am totally impressed with the size and the speed at which it drys , the controls are easy to understand and are very straight forward. The drying drum size is surprisingly large and makes for a less wrinkled load.
Pros: Energy Efficient, Easy to Use, Large Capacity, Works Quickly, Quiet
Summary: The installation manual is printed on cheap news print: it covers several dryer models, it's confusing. The instructions are lengthy, crowded and confusing. It doesn't come with a power cord and it doesn't come with the required strain relief bracket which fastens the power cord to the unit. Those cost $10-$15 more. I haven't used it yet; I'm only talking about installation here. This is all I know so far and I will update this later.
