Summary: Most use their impact driver for screws, mine serves a dual-purpose. I am a mechanic and use mine at work for bolts, then bring home most nights because I do a little carpentry and repair on the side. The ability to adjust the speed and hammer duration allows driving of very small screws without fear of stripping them out. Battery life is unreal, I've used it through the day at work then brought it home and drove over 150 3" screws on one battery!
Summary: After very good expiriance with Hitachi DV18DBL Cordless Brushless Drill. I decided to purchase this WH18DBDL Brushless Impact Driver and I'm very pleased with all Hitachi tools. And because of very good quality ergonomically desire powerful cordless tools I did purchase 3 days ago Hitachi C18DSL Cordless circular saw. Thank you Hitachi for excellent tools. I wish this C18DSL come with carry case but unfortunately come with outh case.
Summary: I have had this impact driver for a couple of months and so far so good. The variable speed control allows me to use it for various applications. The 3ah batteries are excellent for longer jobs. All the power I need. Great value!
Summary: this tool worked for about 1 hr installing wonderboard. when I put pressure on it it would stop and then it just started working sporadically. the trigger is too close to the handle so you first digit always pushes it inadvertently.
