Summary: I am happy with this drill product purchase, it is what I had hoped for and expect it to be reliable. The motor is smooth and quiet with a good comfortable hand grip. It is heavier than I expected which is why the second hand grip will be vital in use. The hand tightened chuck and its bit release action is a little fiddly to get use to but it seems robust. The case is handy, however it is over-sized and may not fit upon every garage shelf.
Summary: Bought to replace a broken drill. Solid piece of equipment and does what it should, but just a tad expensive for the watt rating. You can buy a lot cheaper unbranded drill, but they probably wont last very long, which is what happened to my previous drill. Why do Argos but a 4.8 v screwdriver as part of the catalogue description??
Summary: Decent lightweight general purpose drill. Good for DIY but probably not for constant driling holes in hard walls but light enough to hold above your head for a while without being Arnie and powerful enough for most jobs.
