Forget everything you ever learned in driver's education. Prepare to drive around, over, and (best of all) through everything - other cars and telephone booths, pedestrians and patio furniture - as you crash your way through the streets of New York City. Arcade action at its best, Crazy Taxi 2 pumps out some excellent 3D graphics - still putting competitors' consoles to shame - augmented with a high-paced, power-punk soundtrack. Read more
The Crazy Taxi series expands with some interesting features in this sequel. The Crazy Hop takes awhile to put to full use, and even then seems an under-utilized maneuver — but carrying groups of passengers is a fun alternative to the solo customer. CT2 removes some of the fun elements from the original while adding new ones. Why didn't they just combine the best of both worlds? Now there's a crazy thought! Read more

continues the look, feel and sound of its predecessor perfectly. The graphics stay sharp and crisp as always, speeding by at 60 frames per second (for the most part) with two pretty new levels to stare at. The sound effects are still as wacky as ever (the welcome return of that 'time to make some craaaaaAAAAAaaaazy money' announcer really lets you know what you're playing!), and Read more
So in the end, all the elements that made the first game are still very much in evidence: the addictive gameplay, non-linear levels, tight, intuitive controls and the challenge of constantly topping your own high scores all make for a nearly flawless experience once again. On top of that, now add new abilities, more challenging course designs and an extremely addictive mini-games mode and you have all the ingredients for a superb sequel. Read more
