Excerpt: This Allen & Heath mixer is an outstanding mixer and probably the best in it's price range. It has just the right amount of channels and aux monitors for home studio or small gig us. Yet it's still fairly portable. Feels high quality as well.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Compact, Easy To Use, Excellent Sound, Versatile
Excerpt: Use for live DUO 2 guitars and vocals with sequencer....effects on vocals sound good. Feel robust and mic preamp sound realy good. Sound is WAY better than behringer that I used before. I run it with yorkville ap3000 amp in 2 elite top and sub. played some music using laptop USB and it sound really good....Only had it for a few feeks but feel robust. Knobs feels great and eq is very musical. I which there would be a stereo XRL sub out and main eq.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Use, Excellent Sound
Excerpt: We use this for an acoustic trio and it sounds fabulous both live and as the interface in our home studio. I think it's best to describe the sound as present, transparent and clean. When we've recorded with it, the recordings are rich and full (recorded in Digital Performer with a decent large condenser mic).
Excerpt: Given its practical price point, this mixer sound incerdible! I use to use othermixrs such as mackie 802; however, the Allen and Heath excels when it comes to quality of build and the effects (verbs..etc) It has the same DuoPre mic preamps, MusiQ EQ and high-quality digital effects engine as the larger models.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Compact, Easy To Use, EQ from the GL2400 mixer, Excellent Sound, Great quality FX, Quality built, SONAR LE - provided Free, USB audio interface
