Summary: I bought this for a small apartmenr exactly 1 and 1/2 years ago. Won't drain, so called an appliance repairman. He said the latch parts were worn out and needed replacing, the door wouldn't seal anymore, and if they don't seal, they won't drain. $450 to fix. Thanks for nothing.
Summary: "We have an exceptionally tiny kitchen in our house and we excited to be able to incorporate a dishwasher into our kitchen remodel design. This dishwasher looks good in our kitchen (we have black appliances with stainless accents so it fit right in the decor) and it's the right size. It works ok but we've started waiting to turn it on until we go up to bed because it's loud enough that it makes it hard for us to hear the TV in the next room.
Summary: I bought this dishwasher because I still have the original 22" depth kitchen surfaces in my home. This dishwasher holds a service for eight... or glasses, cups, plates, dishes, etc. that can be fitted in there. The stainless-steel tub is high quality, and as a whirlpool product it has an excellent record and reputation. This is my first ever review of a product; about my first dishwasher, at seventy... I love it!
Summary: This was the only dishwasher under $600 that would fit in a small space. Compared to all of the 24" models, this one is very low tech. Right off the bat, I removed the handle for the flatware bin because I knew that would get in the way. I always run this on pots and pans because any other cycle won't clean my dishes. I rinse my dishes in the sink first before loading. I also use liquid finish, and finish rinse agent.
Summary: Dishwasher serves the purpose and fits the small space available in our kitchen. It really is a VERY small dishwasher. If you have more than 3 people in your family then this one is not for you.
Summary: This dishwasher is perfect if you have a smaller kitchen or apartment that can only accommodate an 18-inch model. The sleek design, ease of use, and overall simplicity are perfect. For the price, this dishwasher is high-quality and durable. It gets the job done and will not break the bank even as an item not regularly found in-store.
Summary: The installer could not get the dishwasher to fill with water even though everything checked out. We called the Whorlpool trouble shooting line - which was totally useless. They sent someone out to do the "repair". He could not find anything wrong but got it to work before he left. It ran for only one cycle and broke again. Also they tried to charge me for it even though it was under warrenty. Whorlpool said I had purchased it in 2010 instead of 2011.
Summary: We didn't have the space for a 24" so had to get this spacesaver model. It is over priced for "basic" features. It is loud & doesn't dry dishes well. However it does have a all stainless steel inside. Basket for silverware is cheap too. Though better than washing them by hand. Not really what i'd call a "deal".
