Summary: Anyone reading and considering buying any Viking product should know that the Viking Consumer Relations team denies knowledge of any defects/problems with this model. Maybe they should start reading review sites?
Summary: This dishwasher replaced our 10 year old Viking Dishwasher, and was perhaps the loudest dishwasher we've ever experienced. A $1400 machine with no heat drying function? What? No internal light anymore Viking? What?
Summary: Has broken 4 times in 8 months. Currently is wont' work. Viking Warranty can't get the parts for a month which means I have to wash our dishes by hand for the next month. This is on top of the last 2 times it broke when we had to do our dishes by hand for a week.
Summary: Purchased in May '11 for weekend lake home. Had to replace Start button in July '11. Ist Start button probably only used about a dozen times. Nov. '11 have to replace Start button AGAIN. 2nd start button only used about 25 times. This is the PROFESSIONAL model?
