SAMSUNG should stick to TV's, their diswashers are very poorly designed.

Summary: SAMSUNG should stick to tv's. 1) The manual states: "If you want to load more dishes or pause the dishwasher while it is already running, make sure to open the door slowly and carefully as there is a possibility of injury from the hot steam inside the dishwasher. If the door is opened while the dishwasher is running, a safety mechanism is activated and stops the cycle).
Summary: Within 3 days of Installation broke down. Called Samsung and they mentioned some body will call back within 24 to 48 hours to schedule a time for service. Nobody called within this time frame. Later on somebody called and scheduled a repair and fixed the problem. Worked 2 times after repair though the dishes was not at all clean. Presently it says Water leakage message and asks us to switch off the power to the unit.
Summary: Waiting for a return call from Samsung to troubleshoot. Dirty dishes on all levels so thinking the water pressure is not correct? When I called Samsung, they said it was to new so they don't have many trouble shooting tips. Also, it does not dry the dishes on a regular cycle, you have to use the xdry and/or sanitize which takes longer.
Terrible, never buy a Samsung appliance again. Shame on Samsung, stick to phones, electronics, and TV.

Summary: Samsung-Worst Appliance ever! I decided to try out Samsung appliances, since I recall Samsung saying that they wanted to target 2015 as being the best Appliance Manufacturer for 2015. My parents upgraded their refrigerator and stove to Samsung (but went with a Bosch dishwasher) . I say this to Samsung, leave it to the Pros like GE, Maytag, the those other guys and just stick to smartphones, tablets, and TVs, and other electronics. Appliances is NOT for Samsung.
Summary: Let me preface this by saying, this is my 3rd dishwasher in 10 years, and this one is my least favorite and if I could trade it in I would! The salesman sold me this in black...guess what does not come in black so he was nice enough to get me the stainless steel for the same price...one of the only plusses of this machine. It is quiet, the only other plus my family sees!
Summary: I am waiting for the 6th Samsung Dishwasher repair person to call to schedule the 9th visit for my 'new' dishwasher. At what point do they stop 'understanding' and 'apologizing' and actually give some customer service? At what point do they do what is right for the customer? At what point do they start to lose money on this machine? With this sort of service, I will definitely stay away from all Samsung products. sigh!
Summary: This dishwasher is an absolute failure for Samsung! I purchased this dishwasher as part of a package promotion in November 2013. From the beginning after installation we realized the dishwasher did not dry dishes at all and that was no matter what setting you used and even if you used a drying agent.
DIshwasher is a lemon and Samsung customer service is TERRIBLE!

Summary: We bought this dishwasher in white in November 2013. It is a lemon. We have had problems with draining, cycle stopping, and now it stopped working altogether due to "heating error." It is still under warranty, so we called Samsung. It took 1 week to even get a repair person to our house, but he didn't have the part to fix it (bad heating sensor). It is taking Samsung another week to ship the part to the appliance repair person!
