Summary: We bought this dishwasher 1.5 years ago. It was about 8 mo old when it first had issues with not draining and lights flashing(the dirty sensor issue others have reported.). Twice on warranty they fixed it. Now it is starting to do it again. Just a dirty sensor but taking it out is a pain.
Solved greasy dishes and poor washing....runs like new..rigid water line popped out inside.

Summary: We got this to match other Samsung appliances. Got an error message in first 6 months that said blocked drain. Found a place online that said remove all the screws on the screen/plate in the bottom of the INSIDE and remove it...look down in there.
Summary: I wish I had read reviews before purchasing this dishwasher. What good is a dishwasher that doesn't clean your dishes? There's no way to know where the machine is in it's cycle. It sometimes turns off mid-cycle. Not knowing if the dishes were rinsed or not, I have to restart the entire cycle.
Summary: This dishwasher is the most terrible appliance I have ever owned. One year from installation the "heat element" function light came on. Since we use only the delicate cycle and have MAYBE used it for 100 loads (only 2 of us) I am totally ripped!
Summary: Don't buy this product......I purchased it and a French 4 door fridge @ the same time, was updating my kitchen. Little did I know that both products would be lemons...The latch on the dishwasher tablet door will not open to release the tablet, therefore the machine does not go to the next...
Summary: A total POS. Do not buy a Samsung dishwasher. I was out of town when our old GE took a dump. Sent wife to Best Buy to buy a Bosch. They talked her into this POS with free installation. Service has been here 4 times. Thank goodness we bought a 5 year extended warranty. They will pay dearly for that.
