Summary: We purchased a suite that included a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, The dishwasher has never cleaned the dishes well. We were told by the service person that this dishwasher has had problems and has not worked properly since manufactured. He recommended we get the warranty extended.
Summary: Lots of problems. In first year the pmotor locked up. It apparently is a common problem with these because it has a ten year warranty. Service technician replaced the motor because LG would not honor warranty if I did the repair my self. SWix months later, now the upper basket arm doesn't turn.
Summary: The 25" depth specification is a bit misleading. On a 24" deep set of cabinets and 1/2 granite overhang, the unit sticks out at least an inch, more with the handle. Definitely not "counter depth". Visually, stunning. Great look in the stainless model. Performance is mediocre.
Summary: Love this dishwasher, I purchased it in smooth black, looks very rich will all my other smooth black appliances and my Pro SS gas range. It's quiet, looks great and a great value for the money. I liked the raised buttons, easy to operate also. My AJ rep was Awesome!!! He helped me with everything!!
Summary: We've owned two of these. They are quiet when they work. The first one was bad right out of the box. Wouldn't dry the dishes (even with rinse aid). They replaced entire sump unit. Started squealing about 2 months later. Replaced the sump unit again. Lather, rinse repeat...
Summary: In the 30 years I have been married, I have never complained about an appliance. This has to be the worst dishwasher we have ever had. And, we are retired military so I can say we have had plenty. It takes 2 hours to cycle, the dishes are still dirty and have a film on them.
