A great, simple to use dishwasher which is suitable for all!

Excerpt: I really don't see the point of dishwashers with a multitude of different features which actually requires studying the manual to understand. At the end of the day, dishwashers all accomplish the same task - obviously that is washing dishes. That being said, this model does have a few different settings for different items and also a range of temperatures which means that once again you can tailor the wash to whatever you have put in there.
A good budget dishwasher that has plenty of features and is easy to use!

Excerpt: Well I have been a lucky girl this Christmas, I was well and truly spoilt by everyone and got some really great gifts. This Hotpoint dishwasher was my not-very-romantic gift from my other half, but I was very pleased to get it and so will not complain. He bought it from Currys and I know that it is one of their cheaper brands, but I don't think we need to spend a lot of money on a dishwasher.
Excerpt: We bought this dishwasher to replace a previous Miele which broke down and we could not afford to replace like for like due to high costs of the brand. I persuaded my partner that we did not need a fancy brand to wash our dishes and that any brand would do the job as well as each other. This was not quite the case, and left me feeling a little red faced. It arrived via currys in a very large packaging and was assembled by the helfpul handy drivers! It looked fine.
Excerpt: We brought this dishwasher as a Christmas present from our families. BIG MISTAKE!! It is unreliable and despite having the Hotpoint Engineers out at least 3 times in the 1st year now it is out of warranty it is still not working properly and will only wash when on a half load cycle of anything but economy. Really would recommend at all!
Hotpoint FDW80 60CM Freestanding Dishwasher White Review

Excerpt: I bought my FDW80 about 18months-2 years ago. No major complaints apart from the lower tray which with no sticking up ''prongs'' allows things to fall over when the tray is pushed in. Its such a pain that I wish I never had bought it.
Cons: lower tray does not have sticking up ''prongs''
