Summary: I bought this dishwasher for my 81 year old Mother - She didn't want to invest a lot of money - The one I had researched was out of stock so I got his one. She does love that it is quiet but the main problem is the bottom dish rack. It is difficult to pull out when it has dishes in it - The rack falls in the gap between the door and the dishwasher itself. The design on the rack has only 1 wheel in the back , when 2 are need.
Summary: Came here to do a writeup, and was amazed at all the bad reviews... This is my first dishwasher--we got a great deal on it from PC Richards. I had to get the machine serviced once; the serviceman found a bone in the works, so I can't blame the dishwasher. Otherwise it has been trouble free, runs quietly, and gets everything really clean.
Summary: This is a nice looking dish washer. Cleans dishes ok. Needs some major improvement on drying dishes. We have to manually dry all dishes with towel after every use. Heater is working but still have to dry dishes manually. Total drag......
Summary: I've had this DW less than a week. The reviews that say "Does not dry"....ARE TRUE!! The first time I ran it, they were literally "wet" afterwards. Thinking I may have selected the wrong cycle, I paid attention the next time. It did indicate "drying" about the last 20 minutes. At the end, I left the door shut for over 20 minutes, as instructed, and I was very shocked to open it and find a very wet dishwasher and wet dishes. I mean....
Too techy..takes too long to wash even in quick mode

Summary: I wish I would have read the reviews on this dishwasher before I bought it. On the lowest cycle (because it has a sensor) it takes almost 2 hours of washing!!!! There is NO WAY to change that fact according to the tech at Frig. No one in the rest of the house can use water ..like shower, during that 2 hour time or it will extend the time cycle because it wants hotter hot water!
Summary: i bought this dishwasher in september 2010. today us february 7, 2011. in those 4 and a half months that i have owned it, the dishwasher has been serviced four times and the repair crew will be coming for the fith time later this week. they have changed motors and pumps but the machine still make a horrible grinding noise during the wash cycle. on the possitive side, the dishwasher does clean very well.
Summary: I purchased this dishwasher because it looked great at the store and it matched all the other FrigidaireGallery appliances. I normally do not leave reviews but with my experience I feel that I should. Purchased this dishwasher 4 months ago and it ran great out of the box. I had experienced lowes installers install the dishwasher. Very nice guys and cared for my home and product when they walked in door.
Summary: I NOTICED THAT MY SILVERWARE WAS GETTING A WHITE SUBSTANCE ON IT WHICH REMOVES ONLY WITH STAINLESS STEEL WOOL PADS. I KNEW IT COULD NOT BE THE SOAP, IT WAS THE DRYING CYCLE AND IT NEEDS TO HAVE THE DRYING ELEMENT REPLACED. ON TOP OF THAT THERE WAS A LOUD NOISE WHILE ON THE NORMAL CYCLE/ WASH SETTING, THEY NEED TO REPLACE THE MOTOR!! I AM LUCKY THAT I AM UNDER THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY WITH THE MFG. CO. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO LOWES.
Summary: Per other reviews.... The dishwasher was quiet for several washes then started making a loud noise. 4 pump motors later still not fixed. Manufacturer said they would replace the unit. I will not replace with the same model. I will also be looking at the pump design for the replacement as common parts are used by various manufacturers. The smell is an issue also.
