I really thought this was a 20 year old dishwasher

Summary: We moved into a rental house after relocating from a different state. Upon doing our first load, we thought the heating element was burned out since it was obviously such an old dishwasher and all our dishes were still wet. We were surprised to find out the model was brand new.
Summary: Waste of money. The dishes are horribly dirty after a cycle. We tried hand washing after they'd been washed in this dishwasher and the sponge became brown from whatever was on the "clean" dishes. The entire interior is wet after a cycle as well even when you use heated dry. Doesn't wash or dry.
Excerpt: About 3 years ago I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher to replace the ancient one in my house. I spent about $600 on that dishwasher and within 2 years it broke. When I tried to have it repaired, there was a recall on it that Maytag/Whirlpool never repaired.
Summary: This is a horrible dishwasher. It leaves soap and food residue on the dishes and it barely even dries them (on heated dry!). I literally have to put all my dishes on a drying rack before putting them in cabinets because they are soaking wet.
