I really thought this was a 20 year old dishwasher

Summary: We moved into a rental house after relocating from a different state. Upon doing our first load, we thought the heating element was burned out since it was obviously such an old dishwasher and all our dishes were still wet. We were surprised to find out the model was brand new.
Summary: This is an awesome piece of CRAP! Dishes come out dirtier than they go in. It doesn't matter what type of detergent you use(I tried them all). The pump is so weak that the top rack never gets wet. For an 'American" company I am so disappointed.
Summary: Waste of money. The dishes are horribly dirty after a cycle. We tried hand washing after they'd been washed in this dishwasher and the sponge became brown from whatever was on the "clean" dishes. The entire interior is wet after a cycle as well even when you use heated dry. Doesn't wash or dry.
Excerpt: About 3 years ago I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher to replace the ancient one in my house. I spent about $600 on that dishwasher and within 2 years it broke. When I tried to have it repaired, there was a recall on it that Maytag/Whirlpool never repaired.
Summary: This is a horrible dishwasher. It leaves soap and food residue on the dishes and it barely even dries them (on heated dry!). I literally have to put all my dishes on a drying rack before putting them in cabinets because they are soaking wet.
Summary: I have this dishwasher in an apartment where I live much of the year. It does not clean the dishes, particularly the flatware. When I first used it, the water was not draining out. The maintenance man came up to clear the outlets.
Summary: I know it was cheap, but this dishwasher does not get dishes clean. basically, you have to clean them off yourself almost entirely before you put them in, or there will be dried food all over them.
Summary: This unit was in the home we moved into in 2009. and it hasnt worked at all, I can get the unit on, but cannot get it to drain at all, had it looked at and was told the motherboard was out, and it would cost about the price of a new dishwasher to get a new board.
Summary: I have this dishwasher. It is incredibly LOUD!!! The rinse cycle is very poor. You get what you pay for. Unfortunatly it was in the house i moved into and cannot wait til I can but a new Maytag thats quiet. I dont recomend this item to anyone
