Summary: I purchased one of these Danby six place setting countertop dishwashers from Walmart about two years ago, to replace a Danby four place setting model, which I also purchased from Walmart, back in 2009. The older model was the very first dishwasher that I had ever owned and, compared to washing dishes by hand, which is just about my least favorite activity around the house, it was pretty nice. Unfortunately, the older machine was "not ready for prime time.
Summary: I recently moved into an apartment building that did not provide dishwashers. I have never not had one! so I immediately went on line to solve my problem. I looked at several counter top dishwashers and made the decision to buy a Danby six place setting size. I have not been disappointed!! it is perfect for me, does a wonderful job of washing the dishes. They come out clean and dry! i would recommend this to anyone looking for a space saving counter top appliance.

Summary: Lovely little device. I've owned this for a full year and used it non-stop. I have had no problems whatsoever with it. It performs beautifully. Mine is connected to my washer hookup so I don't even have to worry with attaching it to the sink. I just put a splitter faucet on my washer hook-up faucet. The only issue is making sure that I don't run the washer and dishwasher at the same time--no big deal. The machine itself runs like a top and cleans my dishes.
Summary: It's like he's my butler that can't make me coffee (just an idea, Danby). Runs smoothly (and more quietly than expected) and does the job on cleaning dishes so I don't have to! I have a tendency to leave my blender a mess and my Danby has no problem dealing with the caked-on "ick". Just a note about the hook-up to the faucet: on the Danby side of things, it's super easy! Where you may run into trouble is if you have a fancy-schmancy faucet like they're making today.
