Broke within 3 weeks. No service providers in Seattle.

Summary: I purchased this portable dishwaser on October 7. Within 3 weeks the pump which removes water from the dishwasher stopped working. Danby customer service was unable to provide any service providers to make repairs. They suggested calling around myself, which yielded no one to do the service.
Summary: Our dishwasher worked great until the 18 month warranty ran out. I will set a cycle and it will change to a different cycle while washing. We use to run it right before bed. I recently discovered our water bill went up.
Excerpt: We bought our first 18" Danby in February and it stopped pumping water a month later. It was under warranty so Danby replaced the unit (because there wasn't a repair store withing 100 miles of us) and didn't take back the broken unit due to the expense of transporting it back to the store.
Pros: Cleans Well
Cons: Awkward Loading, breaks down easily, Doesn't Dry Well, Long Cycle, Loud, no repairman available, Unreliable

Summary: I bought the white version of this dishwasher about 4 months ago. Today it leaks from some odd part of the motor - and appears to be unfixable for any amount of money less than the price I paid for the piece of junk.
Summary: We really wanted a dependable dishwasher for our everyday dishes. When we first got it the whole water softening issue was confusing but it seems with some kosher salt you are good to go. We have the washer about a year now and it still works great.
Summary: Bought this a year ago and the on off button broke already. I have to rinse off dishes after they come out because they are either still not clean or there is soap on them. It looked fairly okay when I bought it but it is so cheaply built.
