Summary: This is a really good quality drill. It is probably awesome for most people but is just too much drill for my needs. If you are planning on drilling screws into wood as the primary use (as opposed to using a drill bit), consider going with a 12v or even 9.6v model.
Pros: heavy, almost too much power to drive screws (slips out off screw head because so fast)
Cons: heavy, almost too much power to drive screws (slips out off screw head because so fast)
Summary: I was fortunate one birthday to receive the barrel grip instead of the more common top handle version. It has an on/off switch rather than a trigger. The speed is set by a dial. It is easy to operate in awkward positions as there is no need to hold the trigger.
Pros: the tool works too well to complain about anything
Cons: the tool works too well to complain about anything
Summary: The bosch mixer is great. I love to make my own bread and I am able to make 5 large loaves in a very fast time. Bosch has several attachments that can be bought separately. This saves on space when you only need one motor that does the work. I use mine almost every other day.
Summary: This is a two speed drill with a very solid feel and excellent 'heft'. It is well balanced for horizontal, and overhead use. The case and recharger are also sturdy and well designed. Two batteries are included.
Pros: Available torque, range of clutch settings, short recharge cycle, 1/2 inch chuck capacity.
